Enhancing accessibility
The design of the pages on this website is flexible enough to allow you to configure the visual presentation to meet your accessibility needs by using a client-side Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) file.
Most browsers provide the ability to specify a client-side CSS file, which would be applied to every web page you visit on this website. To take advantage of this feature, perform the following steps:
PDF files
Although most of the documents on this site are in HTML format, some that were originally designed for printing are only available in PDF format. You can view or print these documents with Adobe Acrobat Reader. The graphics, typography and layout of the documents are almost identical to the printed versions. If this application is not already installed on your computer, you can download it for free from the Adobe website. This website also contains instructions and updates that will help make your browser more compatible with the Adobe software.
People with visual disabilities may choose to convert the Adobe Acrobat format to HTML. This service can be accessed at the Access Adobe website. The tools convert Adobe PDF documents into HTML text, which can then be read by a number of common screen reading programs.
